EA&S is a NO COST comprehensive energy assessment service for customers in the San Diego Gas and Electric territory. EFM Solutions has been named 1 of only 5 companies qualified to perform ASHRAE Level 2 energy assessments for SDG&E’s EA&S Program. SDG&E will provide funding for EFM Solutions to investigate energy efficiency and demand response opportunities and identify the potential project economics for each of our clients. EFM Solutions can also identify potential rebates, incentive, and financing options to assist with project implementation.
EEPG is a third party energy efficiency program created and managed by EFM Solutions for customers in the Pacific Gas and Electric territory. PG&E customers that have parking garages (not parking lots) may qualify for this lighting retrofit program with unique incentives. Historically, this program has generated extremely cost effective lighting projects with the average simple payback period of less than 1 year! This program is a one stop shop providing the lighting surveys, lighting system installation, and incentive payment. EEPG offers T8 and LED technology with integrated controls.
The Energy Roadmap Program is a third party program sponsored by SDG&E and managed by the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG). EFM Solutions was selected through a competitive bidding process to provide the energy efficiency building assessment component of this program. The ERP is designed to reach out to local governments within the SDG&E territory and provide policy, education, and information assistance with regard to sustainability. EFM Solutions has been charged with the task of providing comprehensive energy efficiency assessments for each city in the Program.
EFM Solutions has been chosen by the San Diego Unified Port District (Port) to provide sustainability guidance. The Port supports a vision of energy efficiency and sustainability and desires to support all of the businesses that reside within their district to join in the movement. EFM Solutions provides comprehensive energy efficiency assessments for the Port buildings as well as tenant buildings throughout the Port District. EFM Solutions also aids the Port in identifying LEED Existing Building (EB) opportunities and assisting the Port through the process of qualifying for LEED EB certifications.
